Acceptable Use Policy

MuseFrames is only for making legitimate product photos, ads and product videos. When using the service you must not upload, enter or generate the six kinds of content below, nor engage in the other prohibited uses listed after them.

Six kinds of content you must not generate

1. Pornography and adult content (NSFW): any pornographic, sexual or sexually explicit content, including images that show genitals or nipples, and sexually provocative poses or scenes. Ordinary lingerie and swimwear product photos are not included.

2. Violence and gore: blood, injuries, mutilation or dead bodies, and content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm or suicide.

3. Hate and extremism: hateful, discriminatory or harassing content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability and the like, and symbols or propaganda of Nazism or other extremism and terrorism.

4. Child-unsafe content: any pornographic, sexually suggestive or exploitative content involving minors (CSAM). A person who appears to be under 18 must never appear in lingerie, swimwear or any sexually suggestive image. Accounts found with such content are banned permanently and reported to the authorities as required by law.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation: using the likeness of a real person (including celebrities and politicians) without their consent; face swaps, “undressing” and other content that alters a real person’s body or identity; impersonating others or fake images that may mislead the public.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement: using copyrighted characters or works without permission, imitating another party’s trademark or logo, or making images of counterfeit goods.

Other prohibited uses

Making promotional images for contraband, weapons, drugs or other goods that may not legally be sold.

Fraudulent or misleading product promotion, such as made-up certifications or effects, or images that differ seriously from the real product.

Mass-registering accounts, abusing free credits, or using automation to get around rate limits, human verification or content moderation.

Attacking, probing or interfering with the Service or other users, or reselling or sharing accounts and API Keys without authorization.

How we moderate content

Before generation: the text you write is checked against our continuously updated blocklist and, once enabled, by the content-safety service of our payment provider Waffo (Prompt Sift). Requests that fail are not generated and no credits are charged.

After generation, before display: every generated image is checked by an AI vision model. Images that fail are never shown to you or saved as works, and the credits are refunded automatically. If the check is temporarily unavailable we also block and refund — unchecked content is never let through.

Human review: blocked items (with the moderation result and an image thumbnail) are visible only to administrators, kept for 180 days and reviewed by a person; the blocklist is updated continuously based on these reviews.

Intimates and swimwear tools

The Intimates Studio is for legitimate product display only and may only use adult models. You must confirm you are at least 18 before using it, and you must not generate pornographic content.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may: remove the content; take back credits obtained through, or used for, violations; suspend or permanently ban the account without refund; and report illegal content (especially anything involving minors) to the authorities as required by law.

Reports and appeals

To report content that breaks these rules, email [email protected], or choose “Content report” under Help Center → Submit a ticket on the site. We handle reports and reply within 3 business days.

If you believe a request or image was blocked by mistake, or your account was actioned wrongly, you can appeal the same way; a person will review it and reply.
