Terms of Service

Welcome to MuseFrames — AI Product Photo Studio ("MuseFrames," "we" or "us"). MuseFrames is an online AI product-image generation service available at museframes.com. By signing up for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. Account

You must sign up with a real, valid email address and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password safe, and contact us immediately if you discover that your account has been used without your permission.

Each person should register only one free account. For accounts that obtain free credits through bulk registration, fake email addresses or similar means, we reserve the right to revoke the credits or deactivate the account.

2. Credits, plans and credit packs

Generating images and videos consumes credits as indicated on the page; credits for failed generations are refunded automatically.

Subscription plans issue credits monthly or yearly. Unused credits roll over, but only up to 2 months' worth; anything above that expires.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and don't renew automatically: credits are valid for 12 months from your most recent purchase, and during that time your images have no watermark and you can generate videos; any credits left after that expire. Credits from your plan, sign-up bonus and invite rewards are used first, then credit pack credits.

Current prices, credits and features are as shown on the Pricing page. Unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Online payments are processed by our payment provider Waffo as the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are charged in US dollars (CNY prices shown on the site are for reference only); credit packs in mainland China are priced in CNY and paid with WeChat Pay, or you can pay by card in US dollars instead.

3. Your content

The rights to the images, logos and text you upload ("Input") belong to you or the original rights holder. You warrant that you have the legal right to use this content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the images and videos you generate with the Service ("Output") for commercial purposes. We process your content only as necessary to provide, maintain and improve the Service; we do not use it to train AI models or display it publicly.

You are responsible for how you use generated content, including checking that it matches the actual product before using it on product pages or in ads.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of a violation, we may remove the content concerned and suspend or terminate the account, without a refund.

5. Service changes and interruptions

The Service generates content with third-party AI models — OpenAI GPT Image 2.5, Google Nano Banana and Gemini, ByteDance Seedream and Seedance, Alibaba Qwen Image, and xAI Grok Imagine Video — accessed mainly through the WaveSpeed platform; see the AI Generation Disclosure for the complete list. MuseFrames is an independent product and is not affiliated or partnered with the developers of these models.

We do our best to keep the Service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may adjust features, models or prices for maintenance, upgrades or reasons related to third-party model providers, and we will give advance notice of material changes.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

AI-generated content may contain inaccurate details, text errors or discrepancies from the actual product. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription in the Account Center, or contact us to delete your account. We may terminate the Service if you violate these Terms.
