Choosing new files replaces the current set. MB uses 1,000,000 bytes. Pixel counts use the native size; background estimates use a long-side ≤1024 px downscale.
What we check
After you pick a marketplace, we sniff the real file format (not just the extension), look for animation, measure file size and native pixels, and — when the marketplace cares about white backgrounds — estimate edge whiteness and product fill. Switch marketplaces without re-uploading to prep one photo for Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.
What we can’t check
We do not OCR promotional text, detect logos, or verify that colors match the physical product. Background and border heuristics can misread white products or heavy shadows. A “pass” is not a guarantee of marketplace approval — always confirm the live listing rules.
FAQ
Are my images uploaded?
No. The checker processes files entirely in your browser. Closing the page clears them. Using a MuseFrames editing tool later requires a separate upload.
Is the checker free?
Yes — free, no account required. Generating or editing images in MuseFrames uses credits.
What is the difference between fail and warn?
Fail means we believe a hard requirement is missed (for example pure-white Amazon main image). Warn covers recommendations, estimates, or secondary references.
Which marketplaces are included?
Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart presets ship with this English checker. Japanese malls stay on the Japanese checker.
